I've always been a proponent of term limits. All one has to do is look at the number of career politicians who when they finally retire, they do so very, very wealthy. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand where their loyalties have been. With a limited amount of time to serve, I think any new member of Congress would be much more focused on national needs more than their own financial gains.
