Are we responsible for causing harm to our children?

Letter to the Citrus County Board of Commissioners:

Dear Commissioners:

Whatever our intentions it seems the promotion of LBGT issues are causing distress in our children resulting in death. Now may be the time to step back and let life sort out the path one travels without our interference. It seems in our effort to inform & guide children we have only succeeded in confusing and depressing them, we in essence are causing harm. I can only wonder when at some point we face a legal liability regarding a youthful death, would a court rule the library or the Commissioners liable? It wouldn’t matter because the taxpayers of Citrus County would pay any damages.
